weEeElll, i feel soo good. i cant believe how good i've been doing the past few days. ive eaten way less then 350 cals per day, with less then 2 grams of fat, plus ive been to the gym every single day this week burning an avrage of 700-750 calories! these pills im on are AMAZING! i started taking them yesterday; i never need food, and i have so much energy! plus they are ment to boost your metabolism so what ever i eat is getting burned off anyway!! i am now 145, 5 pounds down from 150 only 3 days ago (im 5ft 7"). im hoping to get down to 140 before this challnge is over. im so excited and for once i feel good (not thin, i still feel obese, but i feel good-because ive done good, you know? god i know im still disgusting, all you girls are probly like "145 yuuuuuukkkkk" but i have done well and i do feel good for it). and i only binged -and purged- once this week, normally im a piglet(or HOG!!) everynight!

well im hoping you girls are doing good too, i cant wait to get onto those scales on wednesday morning, even though im weighing myself ever hour as it is lol! go0o0o0od luuuck!!!!

well today im starting the 2468 eating plan. im quite excited with this one as i have alot more control over my eating and i also read on another website that by changing the intake each day it tricks your body and boosts your metabolism!

its 1pm in new zealand and im on the computer doing my english inturnal, this normally would be a killer time for me as for some reason i allways eat when im on the computer! disgusting! but today im feeling really good. i also got my measurements taken at the gym again today and ive lost a significant amount of Centimeters around my thigh, waist and hips! tomorrow im getting a proper assessment where ill get my body fat % done and everything, wish me luck!

today i have eaten:
1\2 a carrot = 15
1 cracker = 16.6
tuna (on the cracker) = 10.3 (approx)

and i burned 700 calories at the gym this morning :)
plus ive burned like 500 more cals then im going to eat so i should be a stick in no time :)
